Nutrition is a key element in building a better body. A healthy, balanced diet is in my opinion always the best option. The new fad diets and trends are not healthy or balanced. A perfect example is the low carb, high protein and high fat diet. This type of diet is unhealthy and unnatural. It couldn't be sustained for long periods of time without having a negative effect on the overall health of the body. If your priority is to look good rather than good health, then cool, but did you know that great health will help improve the look of your body? A healthy body will work much better at the cellular level, what this means is you will get results much quicker and easier plus you will get that glow that only healthy people get. On a healthy balanced diet you can also maintain a high level of condition with your body for longer periods of time. Plus you'll have a better chance of living a longer life. Got you thinking???
