With David's help I competed in my first competition in October 2007. The IFBB Queensland Juniors and then a week later at the IFBB Australian Juniors.

David's knowledge and experience are huge. He guided me through training, diet, posing, last week prep and even took the time out from his own schedule (he was competing at the same competitions) to guide me through the whole process at the competition itself. Everything from registering and weighing to the day of the competition even though he was focused on winning and was very tired himself. I was extremely pleased with how I looked. David made the whole experience much easier and pleasant. I'd recommend David to anyone, whether you're a first time competitor or experienced or just someone that wants to lose a bit of weight and build a better body. David knows his stuff and has an answer for everything. Nothing is too much trouble for David.

I commenced training with David less than 12 months ago. At 58 years old most people think it's time to start slowing down; I believe age is no barrier, and this was certainly backed up by David Immediately I was impressed with David's ability and thorough knowledge of the human body and its muscles, giving me confidence in knowing that he was doing the correct thing for my ageing body. Sure he does push me a little harder each time but I am more than happy with the visual results and my current level of fitness.

David is easy going and very pleasant to work which makes the training sessions a lot easier and enjoyable, and he even assists with a personalised "eating" routine and dietary supplements. I would recommend David, as a high qualified and skilled personal trainer, to anybody who is looking to improve their appearance or just stay fit and live longer!

I've been lifting weights for just over 20 years but was never fully happy with the results that I saw in the mirror.There were many frustrating times as I would weight train 4 times a week, cardio 2 times and be very strict with my eating (some time I would go months without any form of junk food). I would have some protein powder throughout the day but for the amount of effort I was putting in the results were not good enough. I had seen a couple of personal trainers and even competed in a 12 week program (I look worst after the 12 weeks - extremely frustrating).

Four months ago I met David and he's changed my life around. I've now achieved the results that I've been chasing for the last 20 years in only a few month. How you might ask? David's knowledge of supplements, what and when to eat, changing how I weight train and how often to do cardio as well as the intensity. Everything that he has tweaked (or changed) has been spot on. I wish I had met David 20 years ago as it would of saved a lot of frustration. If you are serious about changing how you look, are committed and are prepared to listen and do what David tells you, I guarantee that you will achieve your goals whatever they may be.

As a Retrieval Physician with a rescue helicopter service, I am required to pass an initial fitness test and maintain a baseline fitness standard.

I initially contacted David 18 months ago when I realised I would struggle to make the grade. I immediately warmed to David's style and approach to training. Essentially, I out sourced my fitness, telling David exactly what standard I needed to be at and left him to structure a suitable regimen. Each session was planned for me and small goals were set along the way, which kept me motivated and ultimately contributed to the bigger achievements.

The benefits of working with a personal trainer of David's calibre were really highlighted to me. By making appointments to train I had to schedule them in, no putting it off or making excuses. I had paid for the session and booked David's time so I had to attend. Having said that, David has been extremely flexible in appointment times and always tries to fit in around my busy shift work and on call roster. Furthermore, working with a trainer has allowed me to reach goals and break personal bests I never thought possible. David always knows exactly how hard to push me. At points where I know I would stop, David just pushes me that little further and I really reap the benefits!

Six weeks after working with David I was ready for my fitness test and passed with flying colours. I continue to train with David to maintain my fitness as I do not want to be the weak link at work. He keeps the training sessions fresh and entertaining which I always enjoy. He somehow finds a purpose for every exercise he sets, often relating it to a task or rescue I might have to do at work.

I am pleased to endorse David as a personal trainer. Whether it is a specific fitness goal or just general body toning, David gets the results!
